D&N Group were contracted by Lidl as the Main Builder for the refurbishment of Lidl Rathmines. D&N Group not only carried out the Building works at this store but completed all fitout & merchandising works for this project too!
Works carried out included: Addition of shower room, Full Canteen and appliances upgrade, Expanding of locker room area, Removal of the false ceiling on the shop floor to expose concrete, Slabbing and plastering of shop floor walls and columns, Painting of all walls including magnetic paint, Tile columns on the shop floor, Mirror column installation, Removal of floor tiles and replacing them with timber effect tiles, Removal of full stone cladding and replacing to front elevation, Adding of new bakery area including new suspended ceiling and slip-resistant floor tiles, Complete rewire and installation of all-new LED fittings, New heating and ventilation systems, Bespoke bakery bulkheads were made & installed by tradesmen at D&N Group, Coffee machine Installation.
D&N Group were contracted by Lidl as the Main Builder for the refurbishment of Lidl Thomas St., Dublin 8 includes:
- The reorganization and amalgamation of three individual units 119-120, 121-122 and 123-125 Thomas street Dublin 8 into two individual units. D&N demolished the existing Euro Giant unit & Spar unit creating a larger Lidl shop as well as building a shell & core for the new Spar location.
- Works also included demolishing the existing bakery and welfare area to create a new modernised welfare & bakery area. Removal of the false ceiling on the shop floor to expose high ceilings, Slab & plaster shop floor walls & columns, paint walls to spec, Tile columns on the shop floor, and install 3 mirror columns. Retile entire existing and new units to Lidl spec. New timber shopfront including new glazing, roller shutters, automatic doors and light feature in shop face.
- Installation of new bakery area structure including new suspended ceiling and slip resistant floor tiles. Complete rewire and installation of all new Lidl spec LED fittings. New heating & Ventilation systems. Removal & installation of new lift.
D&N Group not only carried out the Building works at this store but also completed all fitout & merchandising works for this project too!
D&N Group were contracted by Lidl as the Main Builder & M&E Contractor for the Modernisation Works to Existing Lidl Cork St. Store. The project consists of new Office and IT room areas and reconfiguration of the existing sales floor, welfare and bakery area including new shopfront glazing with automatic entrance and exit doors, and general modernisation of complete store and all associated work from, slabbing, plastering, painting & tiling. Removal and installation of new lifts & reconfiguration of lift doors. Complete upgrade works to Car park including new Rinol finish, lighting & painting.
D&N Group were contracted by Lidl as the Main Builder for the modernisation & extension works to Existing Lidl Store, Baldoyle, Dublin 13 Store. The project consists of existing external plant/ equipment to be removed from the site with new upgraded units installed; existing paving/ hardstanding’s to be removed and reinstated; loading bay to be demolished and reinstated; side elevation to be demolished and new glazed wall installed with new entrance pod; interior and exterior renovations to the existing store. The project also consisted of the complete construction of new warehouse and welfare facilities, trolley bay extensions and complete resurfacing & line marking of tarmac to the entire shopping centre.
